Our tweed bond caps are designed in-house, refining a traditional silhouette with a more considered, modern fit.
Crafted from a 430g pure new wool tweed—our lightest weight cloth—woven by Lovat Mill in Hawick, Scottish Borders. The fabric is finished with a Teflon® coating for enhanced water resistance and long-term durability in the field.
The bond cap is fully lined with quilted cotton and insulated for warmth, with a structured peak secured by a press stud.
A hard-wearing, dependable piece built for regular use.
